This Honey Locust tree was gathered from Estacada, OR. It had fallen in a bad winter storm about 10 years prior, approximately 2012-2015. Due to the natural rot resistance, much of the tree was usable.
As of February 2026, a couple of small bowls have been made. Due to interesting properties such as rot resistance and fluorescence (glowing under a black light), I haven't decided what is the best use of this timber.
The serial number on the products made from this tree is T-4.
