Beautiful Maple
This Maple tree was gathered from Beavercreek, OR in August 2025. It was cut down due to it being dangerously close to the owner's house.
The serial number for products made from this tree is T-6.
The contrast on the dark and light will make beautiful products!
They size is hard to see from these pictures, but they were massive. Took the full size chainsaw to cut through them! Marshal and I had to slide them along 2x4s on the ground to get them to the car. They weighed about 150-200lbs, 2 man lift for sure!

The water content is very high, which presents its own challenges. I will probably work with the wet wood, although I am waiting for inspiration to strike!
